Staying at Nivata Springdale was a very nice experience. They have rooms with beautiful view at affordable prices. It is located away from the city. Very beautiful and good service.
View from the resort is amazing. It's like living inside the valley but apart from that nothing is good. Resort does not provide food and you have to get food from GRT only(costly) because there are no other option. Room is very basic w.r.t the price. Far from city and you have to walk atleast 1.5 km to get a taxi.

One of the best resorts in Kodaikanal to stay.. Well arranged beautiful villas with very neat and clean bedrooms, bathrooms, living area..views through the windows are amazing...very calm and quite place where we can fully enjoy the beauty of nature(the way to reach this place is quite difficult)...Regarding the customer service, I'll give 10/10 for properly taking care of the guests, starting from the watcher man to each and every person was at Nivata was really good in handling the clients..we ordered food for us during our stay as it was already informed by them that they wont be able to provide it for the guests... we had a great time at Nivata Springdale Resort.. Thanks to the entire team for making out stay a memorable one Totally Recommended
Inadequate in number of staffs. When I reached the property at evening no one there at security desk same at reception desk. I called owner but he didn't picked the call, no response from him. Then I went to restaurant and surprised that there were only 4 staffs in resort and found that security person and receptionist all were serving food in restaurant. Wi-fi connectivity was poor. Indoor play area were with full of dust. Rooms were decent. Worst experienced. Haunted place. Not preferable for family stay.
Rooms were nice but food and road leading to the resort wasn't that great. Parking is very less and you may need to park your vehicle at odd places inside the resort. Staff were very helpful. There is no swimming pool as advertised. It is pricey compared to amenities available in the resort.
1. The property is really nice, but the rooms are not well maintained. The bedsheets has stains all over it. 2. The bathroom was waterlogged. 3. The breakfast was not well managed. There were only 2 helpers and 1 stove. We literally had to wait for an hour just to get a cup of coffee. 4. Way too over priced. 5. We were even charged for the water.
Resort were nice and service was very good. Working people are very friendly and supportive. Resort view is extraordinary.
