This hospital's staff is incredibly disappointing. Before working in the hospital field, they should learn basic humanity. It seems like they have zero compassion for patients. Let me share with you a recent incident that occurred today. In the midst of a severe migraine headache, I urgently visited the hospital's medical store between 11:30 to 11:40 pm. To my disbelief, the medical store was open, with staff members eating their meals inside. They even had the audacity to put up a small "closed" poster. Despite their presence inside the store, I requested one migraine pill, specifically Nexdom. One staff member seemed willing to help, but to my dismay, another staff member refused and said that it was closed, and they couldn't provide any medicine. I pointed out the irony of their situation, as they were already inside a medical store and could easily give me a simple painkiller for my migraine. However, they callously declined and instructed me to come back in the morning. I find this utterly absurd. Someone is in agony, desperately seeking relief, and yet the staff members couldn't even be bothered to offer a single painkiller, despite being present in the medical store. please shut down your so called hospital and if not, replace your staff with better one

Very Bad Services. Please don't go there for treatment. They will give you glucose bottal but also add 1000rs bed charge when you will laying on the bad while taking glucose. If you ask them for cashless treatment. If you have only headache or normal fever they will admit you and charged very high from your insurance company

It shall be considered for emergency only. Here charges are high . Consultation is 400 in night and per injection it's 100rs. Then medicine is also non returnable. Average place. Average doctor

My experience was not so good. They don't really care about the patient's problems they loot their money and doesn't do a through check on them. The staff is very money minded

Amazing service quality! Doctors are providing such a great help, superb professionalism! Staff is very kind and helpful... Doctor explained the situation in the le man language every time we had any question in mind. Nurses were visiting very frequently to ensure everything thing is okay post operation. Post-op checks were also done and arranged promptly from their side. Had amazing support from their insurance desk in smooth insurance processing. Got my fistula treatment done here and I am doing good now . Mr Vishwa Sharma (Healthcare Consultant )has been of great help . Thank you so much for everything!

I write to express my sincerest thanks and profound appreciation to Dr Mittal and Nivaran Hospital . He very recently performed a highly successful laparoscopic procedure for my wife. Right from the first moment he put us at so much ease that half the battle was already won. Vishwa (Patient Care Head) He is very intelligent, knowledgeable, experienced and kind with perfect bed side manners. He listens very carefully to the patient and explains every detail of the surgery in simple language. His suggestions for post operative care are also very good. Mr Vishwa Sharma is an amazing and exceptional staff working out there .My whole family is indeed grateful to him.

Went for my mother's piles surgery. She was hospitalized for 5 days due to some complications post surgery. Dr Vikrant Singh did the surgery, he was very good, very polite. All doctors are good but all staffs of the Hospital(Housekeeping, Manager, co-ordinator,nurses, kitchen)are extremely pathetic, very rude, irresponsible, careless. Nurses, they sleep every day in night shift even in ICU.Very poor Hygiene. No cleanness maintained. Dirty Hospital, rooms,washroom and utensils of kitchen on which they served food to patient. Very miss management.

They have the best doctors and nurses. Very clean. The staff is always ready to help. They have great follow-ups. Pre and post surgery they really help you with every doubts. The food they provide to the patients is very hygienic and of good quality. My relative was having severe bleeding from the uterus , and we were informed by severe gynecologist that uterus needed to be removed . But closed friend of mine referred to nivaran hospital and thanks to Dr Lalit and Dr Namita for taking the case very seriously . She said no need to get the uterus removed as the patient is of less age . Patient was admitted for 3 days and was discharged . All was not possible without Mr Vishwa Sharma ( Healthcare Consultant ) at Nivaran Hospital . He guided and counsel the patients in a way that you will feel you are in safe hands .
