Nivanta By Royara is very good place for stay. Very nice view from room. It's near by all panchgani points. Food is good. All staff members are very helping and cooperative. Kitchen staff is very nice. Special Thanks to them for baby food. Kitchen is clean as well. Everything is very good. Just one point, can be more nice if little bit maintenance of lights and play area and room clothing. Otherwise very good. Thank You very much for for cooperation.
It was great stay as rooms are very good. Restaurant rates are high but compare to rates food quality is okay... You'll get more better options of you are fine with 1-2km travel for lunch/dinner.
We chose this hotel for our couple's vacation and were assigned a mountain view room. The balcony view was breathtaking, but the room had its issues.
It was tucked away in a corner, first the intercom was not working. TV remote was not working the there was issue with the set top box. The room in the corner making it challenging to get a stable Wi-Fi connection, and mobile network reception was quite poor.
What concerned us more was the balcony's division by a flimsy plywood, which was not fixed securely, potentially allowing someone from the adjacent room to peek in at night. We raised these concerns for two days and even requested a room change, but all we got was an alternative Wi-Fi connection that only worked if you sat on the bed.
On the positive side, the food was delicious, and breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel's proximity to various viewpoints is a definite advantage. However, if you're assigned room number 104, I strongly recommend changing it from the beginning or considering a nearby alternative.
My sincere advice is to avoid room number 104 if possible.

Had to literally beg room service to get Tv channels activated but to no avail. Probably they didn't wish to spend on Tatasky recharge.

Had a fantastic stay at Nivanta on 18th Feb. Its a small to medium sized hotel but has all the amenities you would need. The play area is adequate with games like foosball, carrom, table tennis etc. The food being served was also of good taste and very good quantity. The views of the valley and Dhom lake were superb. Rooms were quite spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended for guests visiting Panchgani - Mahabaleshwar and wanting to stay away from the crowd of the twin hill stations.

I visit more at this hotel but same issue not providing hot water they always tell solar is active but hot water doesn't comes in room in this cold season most imp part is hot water as per charges not worth at all plz as per request the owner of nivanta plz take property steps against your service as hospitality your are proving to your guest as per we are paying you for hotel plz as humble request to provide proper service.
Roome are specious and hygiene with vally view but not that good.
Inverter not available, food is a bit costlier.
Overall okay place to stay in panchgani.
