Wonderful place to visit in nanded,very good picnic spot, silent area,well developed garden, children play area, fishes in center water tank,Stage for making events,personal attention,good staff very helpful,neat n clean.Good place for making family gathering.Provide breakfast n lunch if you pre book entry ticket.1km away to Highway of nanded malegao basmat road.1km road not good.but planning to go again soon.

nice place i visited here with my frineds and i jumped in the pool and never came back i mean i drown in that water i am dead now i left my body but my soul now also there in this nivant farm it is really dengerous jai hind jai maharashtra savdhan rahe satark rahe #rule no 69 never jump in water if u cant swim this is not abot swiming

Great place to visit on weekends or even weekdays with your family and friends. The food offered was delicious and the management is so friendly & helpful. Surrounded by farms, the place can also be an ideal spot to host small to medium size events. Had a great time there, also played cricket. Planning to go there soon again.
