Heaven on earth. The house is spacious and feels like there's a constant flow of energy. The interiors are soothing to the eye, with every object seeming like it's exactly where it should be. The surroundings are pristine, with the house located close to the foot of a trekkable hill (climbed up every time I went). There's a clubhouse in the gated society where you can go to the restaurant, play indoor/outdoor games or dive in the pool. The house is extremely safe with guards patrolling around the society every hour. A great disconnected from city life without any inconveniences that stop you from experiencing it. Once you go, you'll realise there's absolutely no reason stopping you from keeping on coming back to the place.
We were lucky to find this hidden gem. Our stay was super comfy, rooms were cozy and perfectly maintained! The views are unobstructed and gorgeous. Above all, the hospitality was wonderful. The cook made some really tasty meals for us. Great wifi incase you plan on working from there.
If you end up staying there for a long weekend like I did and want to venture outside - you've got multiple options. There is a dam nearby with a lovely view, some waterfalls and lovely trails for hiking. Definitely ask for the host's recommendations.

This house is literally heaven on earth! Been here in the winter, spring and monsoon. And it has always been a magical experience. The beautiful scenery and the superb rooms make it an absolute respite from the bustle of city life. Rukhsana (the cook) prepares the most mouth watering local dishes and a must try dish in her repertoire is her Misal Pav. When one has good company, a beautiful place to stay and such yummy food, there's not much more that one could want. Dr Sudha, the owner of the property, is the sweetest and most accomodating host. When my car broke down at the property, she organized a mechanic to come in the pouring rain and fix my car and within an hour, I had my car back to normal! Sincerely this place is genuinely close to my heart and I will keep going here again and again and again! Keep it up team Nivaant!
The villa is amazing with stunning views of the hill! The rooms are all tastefully decorated without being assaulted on the senses. We went as a group and thoroughly enjoyed the retreat!
Our stay at Nivaant was very relaxing! The villa was clean and well kept. The stunning views of the fields and the mountain from every room are an added bonus. This is the perfect weekend getaway and would love to visit again!
Excellent location and facilities. Very calm, peaceful scenic and idyllic place in the lap of nature with good facilities. A very comfortable stay overall. Cook served excellent veg food. A few minor niggles: wifi not working, flush not working in one of the toilets; these issues can be taken care of.
The villa is really beautiful. My whole family loved the place. The place is beautifully designed . Even the location is really good. Best time to visit is monsoon. Nearby you have bhauli dam as well.
The place truly lives upto the expectation. Villa is perfectly build which not only offers magical views but also gives places to gather and have fun. All the bedrooms, living room and even bathrooms were structured amazingly and was squeaky clean, however our favourite was outside gather area and terrace. Thanks for all the extra beds which help us gaze the stars from terrace.
Villa is well equipped with all the required items and the lights certainly adds the sparkle.
