Really appreciate the service of staffs, such a adjustable team. I booked jewelleries for my friend, last moment we went late night for taking jewelleries. They came and delivered for us even during late night. I recommend niva Bridal jewellery for all.

I wish I could give a "0" rating. Such a scam. Even before deliverying the product they asked me to write a review and I did so since they acted very polite and kind. After that was done, it was done and dusted. They made me wait for more than two weeks and dint get back we had to visit the store many time and dint get any update. After weeks when we went to check if they had got want we ordered, they said it was not ordered and the person who was helping was not at the store and no one followed up with us. We then ordered again. The jewelry we asked was Rs. 8290, there is a discount sale which is going at the moment and said we would be getting it for Rs.4200 and another RS. 6900 for Rs.3450. Atlast when we went to get it they said it was Rs.18000 and after discount we would get it for Rs.9000 ! What a joke Do they think customers are fools ??? I felt really outrageous. Just because we were patient doesn't mean we were desperate enough to get scammed. If you don't want to get scammed please go to another store. I highly recommend " NOT " to go to this store.

I really like the trendy new collections in Niva. Service were really good makes customer to feel comfortable. Even for rented one they are allowing us to try for several times to get a confident in our look. Even they are making customised jewel set with bangles to our saree color.
