Had a great time there.Ambiance was good. My gym session were great and had a great personal trainer to organise my training sessions.

Been going here for the last 5 years. Friendly trainers, good equipment. There's a lady trainer available now. Open 5.30am to 8am and 4pm to 8.30pm. Missing an unassisted Smith rack but it's no biggie. Nitte students, this is an excellent place to make friends within the college community.
