NITIE is Officially IIM, Mumbai now and it is a prestigious institute in India for MBA students a lot students comes Mumbai to full-fill their dreams, and this campus has a vast diversity.The campus is situated near the Powai Lake, which is a popular spot for birdwatching and nature walks. The lake is home to several species of birds, including kingfishers, egrets, and herons. The campus also has several gardens and parks where students can relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings. The NITIE pond is very attractive and relaxing where one can walk around it whenever he/she want, he/she can sit on chairs or stairs around the pond also near the pond there is a workout section where if someone want to do workout he/she can do workout. Overall pond is very good and an attraction point for students.
The view of clouds sometimes covering the mountains across the vihar lake. The lighting around the pond. The birds which come to the pond and fly all around the vihar lake. The ducks inside and the people around this serene atmosphere is what gives me peace when I watch out of my window.
A heavenly place in the city of Mumbai amidst the NITIE Campus. Excellent for morning, evening, leisure walk. A nice place to break away from your mundane work to breathe and relax. If you get Lucky you also get to see the variety of tiny creatures - Kingfisher, fishes, turtles, ducks, etc. Come here to connect to nature. The view from the pond of the adjacent Taylor Hall building is very photogenic. The view gets even dreamy in the night. The moonbeam on the still lake waters is sure to remind you of your long lost Love or evoke the poet inside of you. Connecting to the silent water just seems mystical and the return from the pond is always refreshing.
