Nithyaa Grand - Hotel in Madurai - Sivaganga, India

My stay at Nithyaa grand was amazing.. it is one of the best hotels in madurai. Rooms were clean and neat, and the location was more accessible. I will give full star for the staffs for their humble service,especially the staffs at the reception both were kind and helpful. Overall, it was a nice experience.

The room attendant is not @ expected level. Eg. To give extra bed during night after our check in, , just they're entering in to the room with chappal despite we told to remove and put it in the out side. Other wise, the stay is comfortable.

Small size hotel but had a pleasant stay for a night. The rooms were neat and the bathroom was very good with its own heater for 24hrs hot water. There were very few nitpicks with the room and can't complain much for the price range. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They checked on when we were arriving and even followed up when we were delayed. Was up and available at midnight to receive us and put in a room in a couple of minutes. Car parking can accommodate 5-6 cars and better to give the keys to the reception for efficient parking.

awesome place to stay with family in Madurai. pls go for it if u need a hygienic and peaceful stay. they have an ample car parking infront of the hotel. the staff and their hospitality is unexceptional. 5 star for this property

Though the receptions seems to be somewhat not up to the mark, the rooms are really clean and neat. Especially the restrooms are very neat. Staffs are also very polite and helpful. Food is not served in the hotel. But that is not a problem. Surrounding the hotel, there are a lot of eateries(both roadside as well as very good restaurants) and they are close proximity to the hotel(max 2-3kms). We stayed on 30th April 2023 and 1st May 2023 with my family. AC is very good. Only negative (i can't say is negative but should be there atleast for senior citizen) is that they don't have a stool(a small kind of chair) in the bathroom. Otherwise it is value for money hotel. Special mention about Mr.Kuttimani who is the manager of the hotel i guess. He is very soft to the tourist and very helpful. We had a very nice experience with him. Overall it was a value for money hotel. Ideal for family within the budget with good amenities.

It was a pleasant stay in Nithya Grand. Though the rooms were a bit small, it was Clean and neat. We stayed for a day and it was fine with no issues. Staffs are really humble and helpful. Manager Kuttimani was very helpful in all manner and they are customer centric and would go all out to make your stay comfortable. Hotel is easy to find on maps and would guide to without any hassles. This is also very close to the famous Meenakshi temple (3.4 kms). Hotel do not have any restaurant but there are nearby some decent eateries. I strongly recommend this hotel to stay in Madhurai. Very close to Meenakshi Amman temple about 3.4 kms. There are no such amenities in hotel. There is no restaurant as well but there are eateries near by.

New hotel, they help in getting food from outside - around 2-3 kms to temple - Parking also available and since parking is not available near to temple it is an added advantage. Bathrooms were clean and AC available

Nice and Neat Amenities. Hygiene Atmosphere, Bed and Bathroom. Need to Improve on Mattress. Replace the Spring Mattress indeed of Foam Mattress. Otherwise 5 star rated Property and Supportive Staffs. Really Enjoyed the Stay
