experience was good.. But the only problem that we faced was the confirmation part.. Though the tourism people had given a confirmation but couldn't confirm the same with the resort.. so that should be resolved..
Third class.. worst service. Dont rely.. he dint have any mean with customer.. mat kraao iske pass.. vey bad experience to my mother. In nainital his driver stopped his car in Jungle and asked for payment. Litlery blackmailing even she had paid all advance amount. Dont go with this agent in any tour. Edit after reply from Owner: Read properly. I paid all "advance amount" as per your package. Remaining amount to be paid to you after completion of travel in ahmedabad as per your talk. 1. Day 1st driver asked for 1000 Rs. why Didnt you pay him transportstion amount?? 2. Driver didnt have any iteniry and he refused to frop at delhi at end of tour. Why didnt you share traveling iteniry with driver and his owner.?? 3. You booked sterling hotel in nainital saying that its in proper nainital. When we reached there it was litterally in jungle 10km away from main city. Why did you not mention that before to us? 4. On day of reaching Nainital you told that dinner will not be provided in Sterling Hotel and you are ready to refund 750rs per person as per hotel charges. Even if we paid Full MAP amount to you, you cancelled it and convert to breakfast only. Where would my family go for dinner in jungle??? How can you cancel it? More over when they ask in hotel, they told that you only booked for breakfast only and real dinner charges are 860 per person. You were trying to earn 1000 rs in this too. IT IS CALLED FRAUD. 5. On last day, Driver himself told thar no one paid him his Rs. So he stopped car and ask his owner to pay right there or he will not move onwards. Is this the way to get money from us? And Is there my fault that he was not paid?? What will you do if that happend with your family in between jungle??? Isnt it blackmailing. You tell. 6. My family reached one hour late to delhi in threatened mood and all fun of travelling was vanished. Is this the way you treat your customers who come with you?? I also have photos and all recordings with me about your booking with different travel agents and what mistakes you did in bookings and all..
I m from fern Denzong gangtok..i never recommend this person who is a thug..he didn't pay our hotel bill around 26000 ..he is a thief...after calling several times he simply deny to pay..he is not to be believed..0 star travel agent.
Don't prefer pls pls pls pls...... Pls arrange personally instead of this tourism.... We go to shimla -manali through this last week nd suffered a lot in Shimla nd Manali both... We started suffering from Delhi to still Delhi.... No proper Driver, no proper Hotels, no proper service in hotel or by car driver.... in short all are very bogus..... We went for fun nd enjoy but with this tourism we suffered very much nd a lot nd complete the tour with lots of thrills ,and we are in tention all the time that what will be wrong now next.....??? Ultimately We complete this tour in very Hard situations... ...one more thing due to this all we have to left before one day nd we paid for Unnecessary for that day ... ...I hope with this review they can understand nd think for refund of that amount.....
