I have bought a product from Niscka. I loved the product and it's quality was very good. I got in affordable price and as a customer, it was nice experience with them. If you want to buy jewelleries online, then I can guarantee that you will like all the products they have.
NISCKA should get an award for providing the worst customer care experience. Please don't buy anything from their site as there are multiple e-commerce platforms available where you'd not go through an unpleasant experience that i went through. I tried to return a pair of earrings because i simply did not like them up close. Niscka did not accept my request and the customer care support tried to sell other products under exchange policy. I then checked their Terms and conditions (misleading) and told them i would still like to return the product and have my money back. But It was just beyond their comprehension because the agent argued with me over how can I not like it. After wasting my time and energy they finally agreed to accept the return request but little did I know that they have their master plan laid out already. I shipped the product back but did not hear anything from them for days. So,I called the customer care again and got to know that they cannot accept the product because guess what they found moisture on back of the earring. LMAO! I did not want to waste any more time indulging with their stupid customer care agent so I did not put up any argument.They said they will ship the product back. However, I had no idea that these people have zero ethics because not only they blocked my number but they went to an extent of breaking one earring and sending it back to me. Now neither do i have my money nor the product. Besides writing this lengthy review I also spent hours to find that moisture but I guess I need to level up my Vitamin A game. Although I did find a bunch of ways to waste a customer's time and money.
A delightful visit and such a wealth of jewellery available. Niscka Jewellery provided outstanding service and have excellent range of products made up to order that is just beautiful! Friendly and helpful staff and in no way pushy at all. You will enjoy your time spent and find something perfect for you.
