Always enjoyed official trips. Good hotel for family stay as well. Food is good and rooms are perfect at the price offered.
I came to Jaipur for pre wedding shoot. 1) I had to reach the site by 6 a.m. and for that I had called a make up artist. She arrived by 4:30 a.m. but the hotel staff did not allowed her in my room because they do not allow guest before 10 a.m. or you have to pay 1000 rupees plus taxes. I asked the person at reception to give me the number of manager or authorised senior person to let her in but they do not gave me the no My make artist had a proper Id which she had shown at the hotel even then they were not allowing her to enter hotel room After some time they gave her the permission but I got late for the shoot. My make up artist left together with us in the morning after that she didn't came to hotel 2) we had taken 2 rooms.When we (I, my brother and my would be husband) returned from the shoot, a female staff knocked at the door and told me she came to refill the mini bar. She came inside but her eyes was completely on my luggage, and all the items inside the room which we carried and instead she kept looking at my younger brother who was sleeping and had a very strange smile on her face. 3) when hotel staff left after refilling the already filled mini bar we got a call from reception to give 1000 rupees plus taxes because we are having a guest at our room . We stayed for more day but that day no staff came to change the mini bar 4) No dental kit was provided, and very pathetic service Money was non refundable that's why we cannot change the hotel Please don't stay here
Hotel Overall was Good !!! Food , Dining Experience, Breakfast and Jaipur Adda was great ,, Budget friendly ,, Myside 90 out of 100 .

Is counted in the list of elite hotels but it's little below par. Decent ok ok experience . We ordered masala papad and masala peanut and it took then 1 hour to bring it to our room. Had called several times to hear its on the way to put room. Wondered if it was coming from their kitchen or other city. Food and beverages price is little over. Should reduce their prices a little and improve their service . Complimentary breakfast was also decent nothing great and variety was less than should have been . Overall 5/10 for this property .
Decent budget stay with all basic amenities in the room. Room service can be improved a bit. Situated near the Sindhi camp and railway station. Valet parking is available. Staff is courteous. Overall a decent experience
