I am doing yoga here for last 9 month. I am very happy with the instructor Arpita mam who helped me to learn yoga poses properly. After classes I feel very energetic for the whole day. Yoga is very essential for everyone not for weight loose but firstly and foremostly for a better healthy way of life.
I have joined NIRVANA last month. For me, NIRVANA YOGA STUDIO is the place which I was looking for from a very long time. Arpita Ma'am and her team ( who are as well trained as the Leader of the team) guide in a systematic way. The timings of the sessions are flexible, therefore it is easy to manage the time from hectic schedule of a day. At last, but not the least, NIRVANA YOGA STUDIO is a happy place for me, where I can give out all the tensions and stress of my body and mind.
