We had cupping training from Shyam sir. His understanding of cupping and acupuncture points is amazing. His background in lots of therapy work helped us to understand the bridging gap between holistic medicine and physical anatomy . But here , the teaching approach is non commercial , one to one training is encouraged . And before everything a formal request for training is to be made to trainers then only acceptance of my candidature was confirmed. But old school but very good learning. Next I go for a Thai Massage course here . Thank u Nirvana

He has an excellent and in depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and have a lot of expertise in developing and implementing effective lesson plans. Pls don't come here thinking like other professional courses. You need to be fully devoted towards guru here then only the gift of sacred knowledge will be bestowed . Shyam sir recommendation with naturapathy lifestyle helped me to reverse my stomach bloating . I am thinking of taking Thai massage training later in Dec . Follows The ancient tradition,on formal request he might take you for one to one class. Very authentic

I had a Thai massage from Nirvana School. The massage was really good. The communication skills and explanation of different concepts that go into fitness is excellent. I highly appreciate the services provided by Nirvana.

I must admit that my stereotyped thoughts that only a five star could offer you the best took a back seat. I was blown away with the services provided by the Nirvana . The massage was relaxing - you should look up what to expect out of a thai massage before getting one here though because it really is to stretch out your muscles (like doing yoga but someone is moving you into positions instead of you doing it yourself). Overall session is very satisfying..and i would like to recommend everyone.

Today met the therapist of this institute during a yoga class organized by our organisation. The experience of being part of it was awesome. Especially the communication, the depth of knowledge about the yogaasan and better synchronized it with the benefits on the part of body was worth to learn.
