Fraud management. They denied entry to all the people who had booked rooms online well in advance, because they had got a foreigner group paying more and gave all the rooms to them. It was great inconvenience for us as we were denied entry on reaching there and finally we had to stay in a very low standard hotel which was nearby, at totally unreasonable prices. As replied below by the property, we had not booked from any improper website, we had booked from MakeMyTrip, and no travel site confirms booking without checking availability with the property.

staff is very rude. they were very polite over phone call but when we stayed here , their behavior were totaly changed. even owner ignored our feedback.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Nirvana River Resort, and while the resort itself had its positive aspects, I found the location to be quite challenging. The lack of nearby amenities and the inconvenience of transportation made it quite inconvenient for guests who wanted to explore the surrounding area or venture out for sightseeing. This could be a significant drawback for travelers looking for a resort with a more accessible location. However, once I arrived at the resort, I was pleased with the spaciousness of the property. The resort grounds were extensive, allowing for ample room to relax and unwind. The well-maintained gardens and open spaces created a serene and peaceful ambiance. It was a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the food. The resort's culinary offerings were impressive. The quality of the meals were consistently excellent, and the attentive staff made dining a pleasant experience. The resort's chefs certainly deserve recognition for their culinary expertise and dedication to providing guests with a satisfying gastronomic experience. Despite the challenges presented by the location, the resort's spaciousness and delectable food managed to compensate for some of the inconveniences. However, it is important to note that guests should be prepared to rely heavily on the resort for entertainment and relaxation, as exploring the surrounding area may prove to be difficult. If you're someone who values tranquility and appreciates well-prepared meals, Nirvana River Resort could be an ideal choice for you. However, if you prefer a more convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions, it might be worth considering alternative options.

A lovely resort, set in a beautiful location. Most friendly Staff, large rooms , we had a wonderful and memorable time here, excellent food and superb service, the river view is stunning..

Located at the bank of a small river, this resort is a perfect place to spend time away from city's hustle-bustle. Come here to spend a peaceful time on weekends and enjoy the nature. Good food, neat and clean room, ample parking space, lawn, activities spot for kids. A complete family destination....

Nirvana means going into the void of a calm mind. Similarly, visiting Nirvana Resorts gives the feeling that you have come to a serene and very beautiful place, situated in a deep valley surrounded by green hills, this riverside resort really seems like a paradise. The gentleness and decency in the behavior of the owner of the resort Mr. Govind Agarwal is reflected in his entire staff. The food here is scrumptious and pure sattvic. Being situated on the banks of the river adds to the beauty of this resort. The names of all the cottages at Nirvana Resort are based on Yoga. I highly recommend this property

Wonderful experience staying at Nirvana Resort, we came with a group & everything was up to the mark. Would give full marks to hospitality & the host & owner Govind sir is outstanding human being. Thank you Nirvana, we will come back soon
