Nirula's Malviya Nagar - Fast food restaurant in New Delhi - South, India

This outlet is horrible. They don't keep any change, so they ask to do card payment or Paytm. Then Paytm code is not working. The single staff, Manisha is quite rude. For everything,her standard reply is- I can't do anything. At 3:20 pm , imagine having no change. On top of that , they are not willing to improve or help the customer in any way.

A very nice and quiet place to enjoy a ice cream or maybe a cold coffee date. I've been here quite a few months back, and I really liked the place. The ambience was great, the service was nice and l really like their cold coffee as well.

Love Nirula's since I was in college in North campus, there is no comparison to its chocolate fudge shake. Recently went to the Malviya Nagar unit it was lovely and spacious. Had ice-creams manhattan mania and chocolate fudge the taste reminded me of my college days. Amazing and pure. You can sit there and enjoy some fun times playing any board game.

I meet miss manisha she is very humble and good human being and the cold coffee is very awesome . I love it thank your so much miss manisha for given me best experience .

The place is cozy, with quick service and loads of fun. The staff is sweet and a good place for desserts. Do try chocolate fudge !! It has an amazing Ambience and there are games from snakes and ladders to zenga .

Lot of things need to be improved foul smell is always there and no maintenance

If you are nostalgic about the taste of Nirulas from the 90s, don't go here. Nirulas was there with pizzas long before Dominos came to India. But you won't get the same taste here anymore. What you will get is pre-made crust from bakery which literally tastes like cardboard with less than a handful of toppings and cheese on it. We spent about 500 rupees per person on getting pizzas from here but the quality of the food was pretty bad. Maybe other stuff like ice creams and fudge is better but based on how bad they have become in 20 years I won't give them a try. PS Their reply says to contact them but no one cares to even answer when I contacted them about my experience.

A nice place for brief hangout with friends and family. Their shakes and icecreams are great. They also offer some board games and a foosball table. Haven't tried other food items. All prices are mid-range. Overall, you should give this place a try if you are in the area and are having that sugar craving.
