Amazing yoga by Niru mam. All different forms of asanas with perfect weekdays schedule at Nir's yoga has helped a lot in improving my health issues and weight loss. Nir'sYoga class has very comfortable and friendly atmosphere as it is only for ladies.

I joined nir yoga center for garba classes.They people are very cooperative and good being a non gujrati with zero moves of garba came here.Gaurav sir is a amazing dance and garba teacher literally I learnt a garba steps very fine.Thanku so much for this.Highly recommended center.Owner mam is so nice.

i started yoga almost 3 months ago. after 3 months of yoga & cardio, my thyroid and cholesterol levels got a lot better. the environment here is really calm & positive; Niru ma'am gives really nice guidance & advices which are really helpful.
