Worst Reception staff. they have no idea what they are doing, they don't even know when Dr will visit hospital, they keep patience wait in lobby for hours. i was admitted in hospital start of Aug 2023 and 30k was taken as advance from me, my settlement was done by my Mediclaim team to hospital & was treated as cashless from me. till date after 4 months i have been following up regularly with hospital for reversal of my advance payment but the staff has no answer. sometime they say TPA staff is yet to revert, sometime their finance team is not there & many a time they have promised to investigate the case and will call me back. but honestly till date i have not received a single call from hospital. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

It is a multi facility hospital with state of art infrastructures. It is well equipped, well established and renowned hospital of the locality. Doctors are very much experienced and well qualified in their respective field. Hospital staffs are also very much cooperative and well mannered. This Hospital is situated in a good locality vakola area. Parking space is very good. The only demerit is that there is no restaurant nearby.

Dr. Doshi is very competent. He is treating my 87 year old father currently. The staff are very prompt and responsive. Despite the location being out of the way, we are amazed with the facilities.

In Jan 2022 my mother of almost 100 years was saved by Dr Manish Shetty and his team of Niron Hospital. She was diagnosed with covid. The hospital is good but a bit costly. At that time i had to pay abt 1.6 lakh for the covid treatment which included abt 5 days hospitalisation part ICU & part sharing ward.

The hospital and doctors are good but according to the service done for patients out there is bad. The nurses are the ones who are so irresponsible interms of taking care of patients coming for treatment at niron hospital and food for patients are all pathetic.. the nurse name Swati was having careless attitude today's my sister just finished with a operation.. had an very bad & unsafe experience in Niron due to some careless nurses like Swati and also whenever we were in need of help these nurses use to be disappeared and all time chit chatting No responsibility of giving correct handover to other nurses about the patients.

The staff as well as the health care professionals in this hospital are very laid back. I would highly recommend not to visit this hospital, their service is pathetic. I lost my mom due to their delay and negligence in attending her on time. The staff failed to act promptly. Once the doctors were evaluating her, they did not even know what to do. They lacked the right knowledge. She had a cardiac arrest and all that was required was a CPR. I am still in a dilemma that a qualified panel of doctor did not know what to do and how to proceed. This definitely demonstrates that The health care professionals in the hospital lack in experience as well as knowledge. I would definitely recommend people not to visit this hospital in order to be treated. I would rate this hospital a 0/5 .

This is the best Hospital to get treated for fertility issues and get blessed with Baby. The Doctors, Nurse and the Staffs they take full personal attention from the first day to the delivery day of the visit. God bless each one of the members in Niron

First off all what a loot and research centre to charge so much for what labour and monitoring charges? are u joking as most of the monitoring is done by us. And the arrogant staff acts like we are staying in their home after charging patients with their whole month of salary in one day they put you in a crowded GENERAL ward. And all the good reviews are fake posted by the loot and research centre people. They do not care about the patients
