The hotel is good for staff behaviour and location for railway stations only. I had not expected a luxury room would be like this. The room was dirty all over. There were dust piles on all the furniture. Though it had a small balcony, the view was not good and you cannot even stand up there. I would suggest never wasting your money on booking those luxury rooms. Rather you can take classic rooms which are good as luxury ones. The staff was so nice, polite and helpful. The main issue was in the bathroom. The shower was not working.

Appreciated the entire service here. Rooms are best and decent, clean place and washroom are too clean. Recommended this stay for everyone

This budget hotel is good, it's in a good spot, and the staff are ok. But, they don't provide complimentary breakfast, and the rooms were dirty. If your budget is less than 2k go for it without a second thought else go for some decent stay.

Room Quality is Good, Clean and hygienic.. Location is very good.. All Staffs are helpful..

Kindly improve your service as we are complaining about television but till now no improvement as we are regular customers in your hotel. We can't play YouTube in your room neither they are solving this nor any improvement. As they unable to. provide chill water in Their rooms. Kindly improve your service.

Room is not that worth what they are charging. They should also revise their terms and conditions, as if you check in before 12pm then they charge extra instead they can shift the timing on next day. Another worst thing was that they try to rate their hotel with my mobile on MakeMyTrip app. Just trying to manipulate rating . Instead you can find very good room on that price , unhappy with the service and cost.

New hotel and very friendly staff. Few upgradations are required like Irons if not in every room but at least it should there on demand. Color of bed sheets, pillows should be white instead of dark grey.

Wrost Experience ever, i booked my room through mmt when I reached to hotel they provided me room like bathroom,then asking me extra money to upgrade room , totally I paid (1500+300),No power backup,no geyser,no restorent,dirty room , think before booking 100 Times.
