I have been practicing yoga at "Nirmala yoga center" for close to an Year.. I can see a great change in myself, thanks to Nirmala Mam who has been very knowledgeable and teaches yoga very methodically. Would recommend this center for anyone looking for yoga classes in and around Old Alwal. Thanks mam for motivating us each day.. Keep going!!

For the past two months, I've been regularly participating in Dance Fitness classes led by Ajay sir at Nirmala Yoga Center. Ajay's consistently upbeat and cheerful demeanor creates an incredibly positive atmosphere in every class. His infectious enthusiasm, laughter, and overall positive attitude are motivating factors that encourage me to attend the class for my fitness journey. I genuinely relish the experience of Dance Fitness at this center.

Joining Nirmala Yoga center has been a very beneficial deal to me. Within a span of 2 Weeks time I found lot of difference in my overall health. Nirmala Ma'am is a soft spoken lady and gives equall attention to all her students. Thank you.

A very calm and a peaceful place to practice yoga . Yoga guru Nirmala Ma'am has immense knowledge about what she teaches .. Ma'am has many years experience in this profession.. The meditation sessions she takes is superb ..been to many fitness centre before , but the satisfaction you get at this place is actually good ..you can start seeing changes in your body in less than 3 months time.. I have even joined the dance fitness classes, Ajay sir makes you move on the tunes , even if you have never danced :) ..overall a very good place for your fitness journey ..

Nirmala madam is very experienced yoga teacher & has lot of patience in teaching the yoga to all age group people. It is very lucky that the yoga centre is nearer to our house.

Simply super, very sincere about profession, every class mam feels it's as new, that much effort she put. There was no commercial aspects it's only passion to her otherwise that much sincearity not at all possible. The way she runs the sessions is an excellent, we don't know the time that one hour becomes just 10 minutes. Finally this is a real yoga center, not only that personality development , discipline, commitment, active participation in activities all are can be full fill at one place that is none other than Nirmala Yoga center.
