Improvement Needed in Pharmacy and Billing Process I recently visited Nirmala Hospital for medical consultation, and while the medical services were satisfactory, I must highlight a concerning issue with their Pharmacy and billing system. The lack of a token facility and a disorganized process in this crowded area was quite inconvenient. Patients' names are called out, making it difficult to hear amidst the hustle and bustle, resulting in prolonged waiting times. It's especially challenging for individuals who are unwell and cannot endure extended periods in a chaotic environment. I strongly recommend that if you plan to consult a doctor at this hospital, try not to go alone. Due to the disorganization in the billing and medicine collection area, it's important to have someone accompany you to ensure you don't miss your turn. Given the hospital's reputation, I kindly urge the management to consider implementing a structured system, such as a token mechanism or a public announcement system, to streamline and improve the efficiency of the Pharmacy and billing process. This change would greatly enhance the overall experience for patients and their families.

One of the best and experienced faculties available Multi Speciality hospital in Muvatupuzha. Managed and run by sisters of Christian missionary. All the infrastructures and facilities are good enough for all major medical emergencies. ATM facility available at the front gate itself. Approach road is bit narrow from both sides of the town. Ayurveda hospital and Nursing school also available nearby. Parking area is vast and adequate behind the hospital building.

One of the best hospitals in Muvattupuzha. Neat and clean. Ample parking. Almost all specialities available and good doctors. In Ortho department Dr. Binu Chandran is really nice. Very happy with the services provided by him. Even though it's OT day he found sometime to attend the OP and managed the crowd really well.

Worst experience in medical first ward . The behaviour of the ward incharge is very bad as she came for the room visit her talks are not good .she involved in our personal matters. We dont expect this kind of behaviours from a Christian management like this.
