Had pathetic experience in maternity care. Worst team of doctors and nurses to take care of pregnant women. They basically lack humanity and empathy. So called renowned doctor in the maternity department performed ceaserian section on my first pregnancy where I had my cervix dilated 9cm out of 10cm and normal delivery could have been possible at any moment. They could not wait for sometime to happen it naturally. Many years of experience never taught the so called Dr...what a woman goes through in first pregnancy. Such arrogant and rude behaviour during the post delivery visits never allowed me raise the concerns. The emotional trauma and horrible experience during delivery even led me to postpartum depression. Never went back there for any postnatal followups. The hospital atmosphere might sound good, but at the end of the day it is the service you receive. I PERSONALLY NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE GOING FOR A MATERNITY SERVICE.

If you have lots of money, then you'll be okay. Otherwise they'll treat you whenever they feel like it and not when you need treatment. Best doctors and wonderful staffs They won't treat you unless you get the op ticket ,even if you're about to die. I had to go there 3 times consequently because of my fractured leg and for the first 2 times they were atleast felt like humane but the third time which is the last day of removing my cast , and after giving 250 for consultation priscription and after making the payment and getting tickets they said me to come again on another day because they said the doctor won't be removing my cast because he had gone home but the doctor was actually meeting the med reps inside while I was standing outside his room. I told them that I can't wait for another day because my leg was itching and my exams are going on and the nurse said to me like "we don't want to know about your exams and it's not our fault that you have exams going on". I felt like crying because that's the way they talked to me. I didn't had any similar experience from any other hospitals!! Guys please please go for the govt hospitals and even if the process is tiresome, they won't treat you like you're some homeless person. Giving 5 so that this will reach to more people.

Never recommended. Never go to the casualty.they don't even know how to check the pressure. Last month my father went there with high bp and the docs and nurses in the causality didn't even know how to check the bp properly. I am sorry, some of the doctors at the casualty are "fools". I repeat "fools". They think the commoners have no idea about the physiology and medicine, and without any "naanam" they talk rubbish confidentiality. "Aarano evarkku mbbs degree okke kodukune". For the kind information, if you are not sure about something, don't talk. For anyone who go there to check the pressure, please do another test from a better place. Or else you might end up taking a wrong medicine.

My experience in nirmala hospital is so bad.. The dressing and injection section A21 nurses behaves so rudly. They told us to go to casulaty. When we get to casualty the told us to go to A21. They hve no manners So rude. So bad nurses and behaviours

Hospital management is typical old fashioned , card payment not possible in most of the counters. Main focus on gynacology & obstetrics. Most of the buildings are aged and maintained moderately

Clean calm.... Good hospital.,... Good service,. Affordable.... Specialist doctors... Very good nursing services...patient friendly....Not a business but a great service.... Serving for humanity
