A Good and Safe Place to stay. Homely and silence feel. Very near to Challera Village Market, where you can get everything for your use. Food is not provided, for that need to avail tiffin from local restaurants or you can walk-in local restaurants for meal. In house common kitchen provided, where you can cook your own breakfast or easy meals. 24/7 uninterrupted power backup. Clean, green and disciplined house with modern facilities. You can take independent rooms or share with your friends. Owner of the house (Dr. Gulati Sir) is a nice and friendly person who also stays here. Always ready to listen your problems and immediately solve it. Absolutely recommend for male students and working professionals.

The location of the PG is quite good. The nearby marketplace is a 2 min walk from the pg. It takes roughly 10 mins to reach the nearest metro by auto which is readily available at the marketplace. The owner/caretaker of the property is also very professional. Any query that is raised is acknowledged within minutes and is also resolved promptly thereafter. The rooms itself are average and quite compact in size. Overall this is an affordable and good place to stay.

It was a great time to stay here in around 8 months. I was in the basement area, room no. 3. The owner, Dr. Kamal Gulati, whom I call bhaiya, is so helpful. I have enjoyed it here, and I like the area Sector 44. If you have any problems, just tell bhaiya, and he will lend his hand for help anytime sooner. Nirmal Niwas in Noida is undoubtedly the finest choice for male individuals seeking a comfortable and family-like PG accommodation. The property is managed by an exceptionally cooperative owner who prioritizes effective communication through WhatsApp messages and promptly addresses and resolves any concerns. One noteworthy policy is that this PG strictly adheres to a no-girls-allowed rule, as mandated by the owner and other residents. However, aside from this policy, Nirmal Niwas is highly regarded for its cleanliness, homely atmosphere, and the absence of overcrowding commonly found in other PG accommodations. It's worth noting that this house is located in a prominent sector of Noida, namely sector 44, known for its VVIP status. I personally resided here for a substantial 18 months without encountering any issues. This is undeniably the ideal place for working professionals and students alike. The owner's dedication and commitment make this accommodation deserving of a 5-star rating.

One of the best PG that I found in Noida sector 44. The PG owner is very helpful and polite, He resolve any query that you are facing. I think you will find a second family here.

It is a good PG to stay in near by areas. I have stayed here for more than an year. The location is overall good. There is an market nearby which have maximum facilities. There is 24/7 power back-up. The owner is a nice person and tries to solve the problems as soon as possible. It was good experience overall.

This PG is no less than pathetic. I booked a triple sharing room which was extremely cramped up and it was in the basement. Weirdly the owner did not inform me that the room is in the basement. I was fine with it since I was planning to stay there just for 1 month. He charged INR 5000 for that which was extremely high. Either way the main issue began to surface when that room started getting flooded due to the rain. When I went to complaint about this aspect the Owner tried to sway it off by saying someone dropping a water bottle or something which was really bogus. Thereafter, during the weekend when it started to rain I took pictures of how the room was getting flooded and sent it to the Owner. He thereafter shifted me to another room which was 6x5x5ft and started asking for another INR 1500 more since it was single sharing (obviously). I refused to pay extra as that shift was not my fault at all. Then after another week he said that he repaired that triple sharing room and it was absolutely perfect so I moved back. But after 2-3 days that room again started getting flooded and when I complained he made excuses like it never happened and all that. I thereafter asked him to move me to another room which was clean and there were no chances of that getting flooded after a drizzle. He kept on postponing till the end of the month when I had to leave simply. However, this wasn't the only negative point about this PG. The toilets in there were extremely dirty and it stayed the same for like 2-3 week continuously. When I complained about that he just said that he would look into it but that never happened either. So, for INR 5000 you would get a damp room with 1 ft of space around your bed, no window, no ventilation and dirty toilet. Oh, also don't forget that you need to put in another INR 5000 as security deposit.
