Nirbana Palace - A Heritage Hotel - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

Rooms smell super bad, super small. While lobby looks colourful but basic hygiene is missing . I do not suggest staying at this property. Mattresses and bedsheets are super old, feels more like staying in servants quarter rather anything else. If that was not enough, rooms are not sound proof and you can hear any one in corridor and the loud Indian traffic in the rooms. Pathetic experience and worst hotel we experienced in India till date. Avoid this property.

Very poor staff. Rajasthan is famous for the hospitality. But the staff might have come from some other planet. Didn't knew the ABC of hospitality . Least bothered about welcoming the guest. Nor interested in knowing the experience of their customer stay. Manager was super rude when asked to settle our food bill. Very lazy and clumsy. I suggest not to book there there. In short staff and the manager is ruining the bone of the place.

Our stay started a bit bumpy - we book for 3 nights, and the first night the room and bathroom were not up to the standards, we found it dirty, smelly, ... we complained and they changed the rooms for the next nights. This new room was in excellent conditions, comfortable, clean, nice. The staff behaved very well during our stay making our experience better

Awesome experience it was. On way to Jaipur we booked the stay but their service is too less to describe. Though charges of any food bought from them costs a lot more extra charge as service cost but their quality of food was beyond these. Prepared plain porridge for my 2 year old niece & provided ample amount of it every day while we were going out for sightseeing.

We had a warm and comfortable stay at the exceptionally clean and exquisitely decorated Nirbana Palace. The pool was also fun for adults and kids alike. Food was very delicious and wholesome. The only concern is the treatment of employees as the staff that were waiting till 11 pm were seen the next for waiting at breakfast as well. I wish the staff would be treated fairly because I found them very dedicated and diligent.

"Not recommend for Family & Groups" Don't Book this hotel if you highly concerned about staff & services, They don't pick reception call until you ring 4-5 times, no laundry services, I have talked to manager before booking, he promised me for 24 hours check-in system but when I reached with family they denied even I ask them to listen my call recording, kids pool is tiny. Restaurant close after 10PM and if you order from out side then they will ask you to pickup from reception. Hotel is beautiful but Rooms are small,

Definitely one of the nicer hotels we stayed in whilst in India. Decor is really nice in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Room has everything you'd want including a kettle and fridge. The restaurant is quite good too. Was quite annoying when the lady on reception was ignoring us because she was having a casual conversation with her friend on the phone - we waited for about 10 minutes before giving up. So can't say the service is good. Also, regarding the taxi service we booked through the hotel, we paid them good money to take us to ranthambore national park so were a bit annoyed they took us to a handicraft shop on the way without telling us or asking us - felt like we were being targeted with a typical tourist scam

The ambiance of the hotel was very good, considering it being a budget friendly and in prime location of the city. The food and service was also good, I had an issue with the taste of fried rice served but it was replaced after reporting. The pool is well maintained, rooms and restaurants are pleasant. The washrooms are super clean. Will definitely recommend others and come back again.
