Additionally, she runs classes for body weight training for weight loss and health and fitness that consists of an hour-long class where people workout under her supervision. I am part of regular fitness class for proper joint movement, muscle strength and growth, and weight control. Dr. Komal is very much enthu in fitness improvement for individual. She hold in depth knowledge on body movements and weight control due to her physiotherapy background and experience in power yoga. Recommend for everyone who has any body pain or just want to live pain free life. Suggest to visit the clinic once.
