Nirakkuttu brings a lot of childhood memories. They started in the 80s in a smaller format and later on expanded in the way it is today. It still stands tall and holds its head high amongst stores that have been in the past and have come in the recent past. Though an occasional visitor it brings a kind of joy to visit the store. Had a chance to visit the store last week. They have an exclusive section for men, women, and children. They will show you clothes basis your budget. Ample parking space for car parking and good customer service too.

I came with my sister to buy some dress, after reaching home since the dress was not a good fit we came to return. At the time of buying the dress the staff behaviour was good, they were happy in showing the selection. But at the time of return, when we were searching for replacement, the staff were reluctant to show the selection, they were not interested to attend us at all. Since there was no refund offered we were forced to take something. We informed the matter to the person at the Cash Counter, but there was no response from them too. Initially I didnt want to write the whole story as review, since your reply comment deserved it, I am replying.

We faced a big insult from the staffs , when we return our damaged dress... I have never faced this type of behaviour from any shop. Kindly I said that pls don't do this ,to customers....And the Mention one was NEVER SELL DAMAGED DRESSES... And pls try to understand the emotional feelings of the customer...

Recenlly i purchased kurthi and shirt from nirakkottugud collection of kurthi section i likes most of the kurtha's,and also top section girls are very frendy minded and with smile i love the shope very much. Next tym surelly purchsed from Nirakkoot

A good varieties of collections for all age groups. Branded and affordable collections are there, and there exists different sections for these.

They have a huge collection of all kind of garments Staff are well behaved, Ample space is allotted for parking vehicles

Very poor damaged products will sales in this shop. our sales girls , reception staff behaviour very very bad.very bad customer service .. don't like to purchase from here.

Its a good place in Cherthala town for casuals and formals too. Parking space is available. But tI wish there could be a bit of seating space and amenities like drinking waters, for customers. Would make the place more appealing.
