Otherwise a great location, the construction of the new port nearby has pretty much killed the views. There is constant noise of the construction happening all day and even at night. The solitude one is seeks in such places is gone. Staff and service is great. However, a couple of issues we highlighted like a broken faucet and broken dustbin were not fixed while we were there. Food is definitely below standard and not worth the price in their menu. That was one thing we really missed in our stay there.

1. Great location. It is a beautiful, scenic & colossal property. The property is just beside the sea. 2. The room is spacious. 3. The quality of the Bathroom & toiletries is fantastic. The concept of the open bathroom is just awesome. 4. High-quality of bedsheet and bedding was provided. 5. Behavior & service by all staff is noticeable. 6. Excellent breakfast. 7. It is recommended to stay at least for two days. 8. Great value for money.

Away from all. Good place. Private beach Stayed in Family Villa with a private pool. The sea view is great. Sea Sunset. Yoga place. Sea Swimming. Mostly foreigners will be staying. Got some beautiful videos, will post in YT.

Very beautiful location, great beach and amazing views. The service is good and the food is okay. Stayed at the Family Villa and the rooms were quite average and the experience staying there was similar to a service apartment stay and not a resort. Also, the family villa was away from the main property & beach views, which wasn't nice.

Hands Down is one of the best places I have stayed in the world. I have travelled to a lot of countries and have had the privilege of staying in gorgeous properties. But Niraamaya screams luxury and serenity cradled between wellness in a quaint place near Kovalam. I would recommend this place to anyone who is willing to get absolutely rejuvenated and bounce back to life. You will fall in love with yourself in this place.

To draw a thick line between 49 years of working and retirement, we thought an Ayurvedic wellness retreat in Kerala would be ideal. Every one of our high expectations was exceeded. Very glad we stayed for three weeks, as it takes time to absorb everything properly. From the highly qualified medical doctors who daily checked in on us, to the caring and professional spa team members, to the amazing food (who knew we could enjoy our chosen vegetarian cuisine, zero alcohol, and no caffeine so much?), to the incredibly attentive serving staff, to the housekeepers and groundskeepers, to our yoga instructor--absolutely wonderful. We write this from a perspective of six months later... The benefits linger as do our warm memories.

I was there for a night and my RAYBAN sunglasses were stolen. While making room tour video just before leaving showing my sunglasses on the table but somehow i forgot there only. However to my utter surprise when i called them after leaving hotel, i was told it is not there, i returned to hotel to check my self but till then it was stolen. I asked receptionist for camera recordings but they did not cooperate. Thus it was not a great experience with them. Please take care of your belongings.

I recently stayed at this property for 4 days with my family. I would rate this property not less than 5 Star. From check in to check out I had amazing experience with this property. I just loved the way how the staff of the property pampered us. They took special care of my baby girl. Being vegetarian the restaurant of the property had served excellent food to us. This property do have private beach and it has amazing locations inside the property I would highly recommend this property someone who is looking for home away from home.
