For my car this is his second home, that much care from the staff. All amenities are top class. You will love spending time here. Toyota is known for their quality and durability. There are two seperate areas to wait(AC). Each one have dedicated entertainment facility(TV). And lot of seating areas. You can also have coffee and biscuits from the counter near to "Service & parts reception". Near to the "Service & parts reception" there you can see how the service is getting done because this area is seperated with a wide glass. This is an addition to my first review which was 3 years ago, Still I love this place. Thank you all for your excellent service.

Ample parking space. Very average customer service, very bare minimum vehicles on display. The used car sales div executive was professional and kind enough to take us to the yard and gave detailed information

They have enough guts to deliver a damage vehicle to customer as new. We came here for to take urban cruiser delivery.but the vehicle is Not clean and body have scratches.tyres have mud for a new delivery.

Customer friendly and good servicing...they always quote higher price and then decrease it so that customers become happy..... In the previous review I had given 5 star but with recent experience I had decreased it to 3...it was totally unprofessional behaviour from the service section where the assigned officer took emergency leave and the vehicle was unassigned and let unattended until I made a call...even before the last experience there was no updation on what were the problems with my liva and what were the estimated costs unless I enquired....once the delivery of the vehicle was promised over phone the next day...it took 5 more days to get them SMS the status of the vehicle and that too with my intervention on the 3rd day after the expected delivery date....being the vehicle under repair I understand that time is a fact...I dont deny it..but professional behaviour in terms of proper communication is demanded whatso ever the matter be and whichever the vehicle be...liva that's my car

Very nice customer service, and the attitude of staffs are very polite and friendly to the customer's. Overall very good experience with nippon kottayam.

Sorry to inform you that the customer service was very poor. We had booked for For booking HYRYDER it's been more than 8 months we tried to contact with the booking person multiple times the reply we received was worst. We had invited to the showroom with pleasant face, but when we asked for updates we are not getting a good reply. Please take this as an advice.
