We had our residence painted by Nippon. Though we were skeptical at the beginning , since Asian paint was recommended, we liked the approach of Mr.Siva & Mr. Salman who walked us through Nippon. Since we were not present at the site, they took the responsibility of painting the site to our fullest satisfaction. Though there was some circumstantial delay, the end was really good. We have no hesitation in recommending Nippon for any commercial/ residential properties.

I paid fully in advance for Nippon NEO for painting my 2BHK apartment interiors on 28-Aug-2023. Till date (28-Oct-2023) painting work is incomplete. Nobody (Project Manager Sundar, Marketing Person Lokesh, Site in-charge Dinesh) attending the call. No response even after complaining over toll free number. Their brochures, website, advertisement and all kind of marketing materials are very professional. But their painters and the whole team are not at all professional. They dont even use rollers, why rollers, they dont even use quality brushes. No tools are being used as explained by marketing materials, No masking, no cleaning, no loading and unloading of materials. Not even disposed the paint peel off garbage. Paint was spill all over the house, on sofas, on washing machines. We did all loading and unloading of the house materials. Dont believe in these people. No professionalism anywhere except only in marketing. They get the money and vanish. The worst part is the paint quality and it got peel off the next week itself. Painters dont even peel off the stickers/cello-tape on the door and they painted on the cello tape itself. All they wanted is to apply some paint material all over and complete the task and vanish off. But in my case, even that kind of applying is also missing. I am not a person who writes review. But Nippon disgusted me in a way to write this long review. Dont ever go for NIPPON. I have not yet received any invoice copy or warranty copy. I co-ordinated personally with all the painters, no site -in-charge/project manager came to co-ordinate with them. We need to get the work done from our mouth inch by inch.

My interior painting work was completed in a Stress free way. Just I had entered my data in the site. NIPPON arranged everything. They called and collected the details and arranged for cost free site visit. Site visit was done by "JAYAKARAN" a soft and polite person. He sent the quotation and cleared all doubts and explained the quality of NIPPON. As he he said paint is so good and my interior looks awesome

Overall experience was very good. All the painters were very obliging, good work execution and finish. Co- ordinator Mr. PACHAIPPAN did an excellent job, patiently helped me with all the queries and changes from my end. Moreover he is always reachable. Will answer my call any time of the day. Thanks to the team headed by him.

Excellent work done by Mr.Rizwan and Team from Nippon Paint. Work perfection, neatness, Quality is just unbelievable. Worth for cost. Nippon paint is Good in Quality and best in class.

Have availed the painting services from Nippon, overall there are mixed feed back on different aspects. First lets see the pro's & con's. Pro's 1. Various colour option and suggestion on the product type. 2. Odour less product. (Kidz) 3. Perfect execution of the work by the team. 4. Proper cleaning post completion of the work. Con's 1. There is no escalation point's (Mail or Phone No's) when things doesn't move properly. 2. No mail communications start till the end of the work completion. 3. Extended completion dates. 4. Lot of internal gaps - wrong delivery of colours, insufficient quantity. Challenges which i have faced 1. After product finalization & made the full payment, the work was not started on the committed date. (There was a 20 time given to start the work post making the payment) 2. The so called escalation contact shared by the customer support responded in insolent manner and not customer centric at all. 3. Site assessment for the required manpower done wrongly which required multiple reminders & follow-ups to complete the work on the committed date. The engagement of the gentlemen Sabari Nathan & Amar was the only factor i have decided to continue with the proposal. Also would like to give a special mention to Vignesh, who had done his job excellently on the geometric design & stencil work, much appreciated. I would recommend to go for it, keeping the challenges in mind & mitigations before the engagement. Overall the product & finish of the work deserves 4 Star rating.

Wonderful service by Nippon. We have recently reached out to Nippon for painting of our 2 bhk apartment. Amar, Godson and Rizwan did a great job and provided regular follow ups until completion. Kudos to the whole team :)

Good job done After a major renovation of our home chose Nippon Paint this time for the painting. Was impressed with the range of products that they offer. The team of Arun Kumar of Nippon Paints and Radhakrishnan (of Dealer M V Raja ) explained the options and helped make the right choices. They did a very thorough job of preparing the building and sealing the cracks before painting. We can face the monsoon with confidence now!
