The absence of a curtain between the bathroom and the main room created an awkward situation. One person had to wait outside while the other used the facilities, lacking the privacy that is typically expected in a hotel setting. This design flaw made the stay uncomfortable and certainly requires improvement. My stay at this hotel was disaster. Words can't express the disappointment I felt upon entering my room. It was as if time had stopped in the 1980s mix of mold and regret. The staff seemed to have mastered the art of indifference, providing a level of service that matched the overall shabbiness of the establishment. Save yourself the disappointment and find accommodations elsewhere."

I can't believe it was so bad. I've never seen more dirty rooms in hotel. Dust is everywhere, sheets, pillows and towels are dirty, kettle is dirty and broken. And there was no fridge. And from 7AM at morning dozen of children has gone crazy in Hall screaming and running. They even ringed MY DOORBELL several times. And hotel personnel was totally ignoring them! Buffet where they serve breakfast is also dirty. Dust is everywhere and dishes are poorly washed. I can't imagine the hotel can be so horrible.

I have a business meeting to attend there for 2 days in a row location was easily accessible by google maps itself. Parking was there the thing i liked the most about is their hospitality towards their clients i asked them for something in odd hours and that was fulfilled without any flaws. Now if we talk about the comfort and ambience of hotel, cleanliness was top notch as already mentioned hospitality was superb when we come down to food i would overall rate it 3.5 tried beetroot halwa there for first time but trust me guys it was fab in taste because of the location it is more suited towards business purposes rather than travel

I stayed in hotel for 1 week, no issues were found in terms of room maintenance. Staff was very good and helpful. Lot of variety in breakfast, can't comment on taste as i mostly was eating non cooked food like fruit cornflakes ets. While hotel location is silent and good it is hard to find if you do found it on Google.

Very nice hotel to stay and well trained staff specially Ram Singh food manager has done a good job during our stay to keep us comfortable.

The room was very dirty, the bathroom was also dirty, the bedsheet was also not clean, the bedsheet smelled very bad, the door lock was also bad, the key was not working, I told the manager thrice, still no one came Came, I kept walking up and down the bus. The room opened to the balcony There was no curtain in the bathroom, everything inside the room was visible I asked the receptionist and she said that all the rooms here are like this, I am taking bath in the bathroom, everything from the room Something was visible, there was no privacy. The hotel has no responsibility, on the contrary they are saying that all the rooms here are like this The floor is also very dirty.

Very nice and decent staff, well mannered and courteous, upgraded our rooms, arranged for free breakfast, toilets nicely cleaned, A/c and fridge in superb working condition. Overall a 5 star experience.
