Nine 11 - Restaurant in Delhi - North West, India

Recently this restaurant has shifted to a new and bigger place, just adjoining the place where it previously existed. It's a small around 50 seater indian restaurant at Sector 11 Rohini in G3S cinema complex. It's on backside of the complex but there's parking just at the door of the restaurant. There's a small hall as well for small parties. Food taste is ok and the prices are on reasonable. Palate size is good. Furnishings are ok type. But service is very poor. You need to wait for a long time even when there are hardly any guests in the restaurant which is very irritating.

How can someone deny to providing Regular drinking water. We went to celebrate our special occasion, we found that restaurant is completely empty no other customer was there we ordered the the food also, but when we asked for the regular water , they bluntly refused for the regular drinking water and they provided the package drinking water, also said we don't have regular drinking water, you have to purchase the package drinking water and the staff is also very arrogant. Drinking water is the most important as well as necessity of the life. This is the first time ever, when I had such kind of bad experience in my life. It's my humble request to everyone please never visit to this pathetic restaurant

WORST EXPERIENCE ON MY 25th BIRTHDAY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT, MUST READ BEFORE YOU PLAN TO GO THERE. 1. The food service was very late. Everything we ordered, including french fries, tandoori roti, spring rolls came after 20-30 mins. We ordered 2nd round of rotis and they come 25 mins. And after that much time nobody wanted to eat with cold dal. 2. Arrogant staff. The waiter agreed to give us 15% discount before we had ordered our first meal, but he only gave 10% and refused that he agreed on anything like 15% discount. 3. Worst ambience - No music playing in background, seemed more like a langar hall than a restaurant where Paneer costs 400rs. Way too overpriced for what it provides. Also there is just too bright lighting, never been to a worse looking restaurant. RECONSIDER BEFORE PLANNING ANY EVENT HERE, else you might find yourself writing this kind of review later after you've paid a huge bill on service you are highly dissatisfied with.

Good place for family friends dinning amazing food and so tasty

How can some people just give false reviews just because they did not get the desired discount for their order . I visited the restaurant the previous day when these two people were shouting and disrespecting the staff just because the staff refused to give 20-25% discount to them . I wasn't exactly planning to write the reviews but these two people rajeev purthi and mayank purthi they are both same family pretending to be different people just to downgrade the restaurant on behalf of such low grounds . I was there and i witnessed them in front of myself , i was there to book my party and saw them at their lowest behaviour. Guys please these people are here to earn their living and you people thinking that you have bought them just because you are paying isn't fair have some humanity and dignity if you can't afford then please don't visit.

So recently I visited this restaurant in rohini for dinner and had great experience over their. It's a Nice place with decent amount of sitting arrangement. Their quality and quantity of food was good with perfect taste in there food items. I ordered:- Paneer makhni :-8/10 Malai kofta:- 8/01 Dal makhni:-10/10 Butter naan was soft and loaded with lots of butter on it.

Pathetic service No food Mo service No lights My mehndi function was organised n no food was served even to me after multiple reminders No water was served Will never recommend this pathetic place even in worst situation.
