We arrived at 1130pm after having already informing them of the same. We were expected. No problem in checkin. The corridors and room smelled of cigarettes and more. There were cockroaches in the room. Room got changed at our request without any hesitation. The new room had the smell too. Cockroaches in this room too.The A/C spewed out drops of water on to the bed. It was late night. Room already paid for. We accepted without a fuss. Left early morning. (I should see about getting a partial refund) Unless management fixes these basic things, they will have unhappy guests who may not be as accepting as we were. I suspect most of their clientele are drunks from the bars around. The Staff on hand , reception, helpers etc., were great though. Full marks to them. The Room appearance was fine too. The sheets did look fresh. :)
Located at good location and very good ambience. The service not that good as we demanded for sizzler and the waiter denied saying that it's peak time. Hence 3* otherwise it would have been 5* from me.
We stayed there for 1 night. Paid 3+ k .Place was very shady, with full of cockroaches. After changing 6 times the bedsheets, helpers were helpless to arrange a nice spotless bedsheet. Acs were not functioning at all. After soo many attempts we couldn't able to attach our gadgets to wifi. Breakfast was nice and tasty but again hygeine was the major issue. Location is only plus point of this hotel.
