Nilkanth Guest House - Guest house in Surat - Surat, India

I had a terrible experience at Nilkanth Guest House in Surat. The lack of proper facilities, unclean rooms, especially the dirty pillows, and the owner's rude behavior made it one of the worst places I've stayed at. They clearly don't know how to handle customers.

Third Class Hotel , Network issue , Not Clean ,And Owner has very Bad attitude , They don't know how to talk with customer

No wifi no AC still 1000/- rs fees. And worst quality room, wall with no plaster

If you're looking for a cheap private room near the station, you can try here. Don't expect hygiene or cleanliness. It's a place to keep your bag until you train arrives.

I think a lot before giving a negative rating to any business as I know it may affect them. But it will not affect this place, because its just opposite to Surat station and people will go straight without checking the ratings. So here is it, I agree it's pretty cheap at 750rs and we go there during odd times. But still its not free isn't, I'm not complaining about size even. Seriously just look at the pillow, they did not change even after informing. I'm sure giving decent stuffs doesnt cost them a dime and 750rs is still a very good amount for that. A little bit of humanity, guys!

Don't have proper doors to lock even in bathroom too and don't have proper safety for luggage. Too much costly as per the facility give by the hotel. Don't waste money on this hotel. I suggest you to pay few more money on other hotel and get good service hotel. This was the worst hotel I've seen.

Useless. No worth for money. Should maintain cleanliness. Must develop each n everthing. Guest hotel. Worsr experienced
