Overall, the experience was very good. Restaurant staff is always on toes to help. Reception staff is okay. I feel property is little over charged but it could get the purpose of short break. Also, kids play area is not maintained and swimming pool has no prebath , post bath concept, food is not served outside pool even for those who are not swimming and enjoy sitting and seeing their children swim . They should give some attention to outdoor activities and maintain well to make the trip more enjoyable. Overall the rooms of the resort are calm and maintained

Nightmare Stay at Nilaya Resort: Unsanitary, Inadequate Accommodation, and Terrible Service My recent stay at Nilaya Resort was far from satisfactory. To begin with, we discovered red rat babies inside the blankets, which left us traumatized and unable to sleep at 2:30 am. Despite booking a 3-bedroom villa, we were only provided with 2 extra beds placed on the floor, causing inconvenience for other guests as well. Furthermore, the showers and flush in the villa were not functioning properly. The service was exceptionally poor, as we had to wait a frustrating 45 minutes just for a simple dish of poha. Overall, I would not recommend Nilaya Resort due to the infestation, inadequate accommodation, and unsatisfactory service.

Nice place to stay and spend time. Food and staff service is also good. Whenever wants to go always go by own vehicle.

Nilaya is a worst resort if u r going with your family 1) very old property renovated many times 2) property is not the worth they are charging for room 3) full of insects as it is situated in a jungle type of area 4) staff is very rude and not hospitable at all ( use dehati and vulgar language if u complain) 5) no proper room service 6) very strict for check in and check out time 7) very high charges of inhouse food 8) staff roam around the property with very vulgar Language no privacy Cheap staff available with them 9) no outside food is aloud 10) last and not the least they done care about any complains They don't allow booking through make my trip or go ibibo because they get many negative reviews there And on Google they post positive reviews from there employee IDs I think the owner is of cheap mentality due to which staff behave like this

Great place, good food, rooms are more of Greek style, gives a really different vibe. Pool is decent size, property well maintained Jacuzzi are also good but bit overpriced Property has got bit lawn for any outdoor activities Recommended for romantic couples and big groups Should introduce bit more activities you would get bored post 1 day

The moment you enter, you can feel that this place will be different from your other stays. Perfectly designed rooms great view of the lagoon from the ground floor balcony. The private pool is just big enough to allow space to swim and small enough to be intimate and involved with each other. They do not have internet or wifi. Very private, you might even forget that there is a world outside your room. Beautiful grounds surround the hotel. The main lobby has a pool and a ping pong table. If you are there with friends or your children. The staff will fulfill any needs you might have to make your stay more pleasant. The food is truly delicious, and the chef will prepare it to your specifications if you have any. So relax, smile, and enjoy. It is worth every rupie.

Amazing resort. There cancelation policy and language on the website was bit very welcoming. Hence went with not so positive mindset, however once we reached there we found it otherwise. Beautiful resort, helpful staff. It's a must visit places to send some quality time with friends and family. They cant make good tea or coffee. Hopefully they will improve here. Rest is perfect. Must visit.
