A gem of a restaurant in Burdwan. Neelam offers a host of food items to satisfy one's appetite. I was quite skeptical of trying out a new restaurant but Neelam proved me wrong. I was worried about the quality of the food but after having the food I was speechless. The food was extremely tasty and we ended up ordering more. The waiter was extremely polite and helpful to us. The restaurant had a large order in their banquet but still they did not neglect small customers like us. The environment was very comfortable and cosy. The restaurant was very neat and clean as it should be. Being situated in the so-called interior of the town this restaurant does not get the hype it deserves. All of this is my personal opinion. Hope everyone finds this review helpful.
The behaviour of the staff is really good, but the main part is the quality of food and that was bland , tasteless. So think a little before coming here
One of the best restaurant in Burdwan , food quality top notch and price is affordable too, service - very very good and staffs are friendly environment is also good for family and friends.

Ambience was ok type...not extra ordinary...service was good...but a bit on the slower side, when it comes to food quality, the starter was good...we ordered fish finger, crispy chicken was poor, n the soups were nice... Main course items were definitely not up to the mark.
