Nila Hospital Pvt Ltd - General hospital in Pattambi - Palakkad, India

My sister in law was admitted to the hospital on 5th of this month and discharged on 7th. Hospital did not provide discharge summary. She had Star Health Insurance policy and can file for reimbursement claim within 1 week of discharge. I personally spoke to the PRO, Manager Mr. Jairam, One of the board members, even Dr Tanweer Ahmad who advised her admission at the first place.. but till date discharge summary not provided. I have lodged a written complaint to the Management today and sent a copy of the complaint to IMA and Health Ministers office too.. Patients who have health insurance or mediclaim of any sort, don't rely on this hospital. Better to go to Sevana or PK Das who are much more professional

To be honest the worst service there is...had gone to obtain an medical summery from the hospital for a patient to be treated in a different hospital after their improper treatment...the helpdesk persons ( Geethu and the other guy whom I am not familiar with the name) informed us that the doctors are on a trip and aren't available and gave us the number of the manager instead of them following up with the manager...I mean, what the hell...am I the person whom working for the management or is it them who is supposed to serve us after obtaining our money...anyhow Ill be making sure to notify this to the legal authorities with their misbehaviour, lack of organisation and lack of responsibility. Until this is justified the management and staffs (from the help desk) is responsible for their mis conduct!!!! I mean pathetic!!!

I recently had a terrible experience at Nila Hospital Pattambi, specifically with Dr. Preetha. My mother had been suffering from a minor toothache, so we decided to consult with Dr. Preetha at the hospital. Little did we know that this would turn into a month-long ordeal of unprofessionalism, incompetence, and frustration. First and foremost, the biggest issue we encountered was the sheer lack of progress in resolving my mother's dental problem. Despite repeated visits and consultations with Dr. Preetha, the hospital failed to address the issue adequately. It is inconceivable that a simple toothache, which should have been resolved promptly, dragged on for an entire month under their care. What makes matters worse is the complete lack of transparency and communication throughout the process. We were never provided with a clear explanation of my mother's condition or the steps being taken to rectify it. Each time we visited, we were met with vague answers and promises that the problem would be resolved soon. It became evident that they had no intention of prioritizing my mother's well-being. To add insult to injury, the final blow came when they abruptly suggested that we seek treatment elsewhere. After wasting valuable time and money at Nila Hospital Pattambi, we were left in a state of utter disbelief. It was clear that their incompetence had reached its peak, and they were simply unwilling or incapable of resolving the issue they themselves had prolonged. The unprofessional behavior and lack of competence displayed by Dr. Preetha and the staff at Nila Hospital Pattambi are inexcusable. Patients should be able to trust medical professionals to provide them with effective and timely treatment, but this hospital failed miserably in fulfilling this basic expectation. I strongly advise anyone considering seeking dental treatment at Nila Hospital Pattambi to think twice. Their inability to address a simple toothache and their eventual suggestion to go elsewhere clearly demonstrates their lack of expertise and commitment to patient care. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing a more reliable and competent healthcare provider. I sincerely hope that Nila Hospital Pattambi takes this review seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve their services. No patient should have to endure such an appalling experience, especially when seeking medical help for their loved ones.

Very bad waiting for scanning for 3hours.. Very very slow time of waste

Very bad experience.. Even 9 month baby they want to check some unnecessary test (Corona test etc) before consult a doctor.. Not caring the patients very well.. I would like to request you to please consider the patients not only looking your business.. plz give priority patients and business !!

Came for Scaning, we booked for the token and while booking they told us to come at 11.30 and see the punctuality, the scaning was done at 3.30. We were literally waiting 4 hours without eating anything. They went for the lunch break without even informing us. Ultrasound scaning department is a total disappoointment.
