Good clean rooms , spacious, location prime in vrindavan , also has facility for car parking , just remember no kitchen but everything available just outside the Ashram due to prime location

This is a wonderful hotel with welcoming staff, high quality service and a very convenient location. We have hosted here for 1.5 months, we are satisfied and grateful to all the staff and especially to the General manager Rohit, who was very polite and friendly. They have become really close to us, we would like to host them again in their hotel. Thank you very much from your Armenian guests.

Good in terms of location. The bed was Ok, AC was working, but their claimed 3rd bed was not good in that room.

CAUTION I noticed some suspicious behavior from the staffs of the hotel Mr. Pankaj and Rohit and some of my belongings went missing. This is a reminder to always stay alert when traveling to this hotel and keep a close eye on your possessions. I hope the hotel takes steps to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Despite this incident, I had an enjoyable stay and appreciate the efforts of the rest of the hotel staff. In addition, I was disappointed to find that I had been charged extra money, and I also had an unpleasant experience with Mr. Rohit, who displayed rude behavior. If there's a word to describe this place, it has to be "Disgusting". If there are two words to describe the management and the manager "Rohit" they have to be "Arrogant", "Insensitive". Sadly google doesn't give me an option to give lesser number of stars. How do I start, I had booked through Make my trip where the only choice of room was Deluxe room. I paid 3700rs for a room for each night, for 3 nights, it was for my parents, who were visiting Vrindavan, obviously you expect the hotel to be extra sensitive, respectful and responsible towards children and senior citizens, which did not happen. My parents went to the hotel to check in,they were given sub standard room, beds so un clean, sheets were changed, no drinking water, dusty, too many mosquitoes, no towels for taking a bath, at 17degree Celsius there was no hot water facility available for my 60plus parents. Ok, so my parents asked that Rohit to send someone to clean the room, he says "For deluxe rooms this is what you'll get". Right, next my father asks for some drinking water, he gets a jug after 1.5hrs. Some hit water to drink? A broken kettle, didn't even get the water warm. Ok, let it be, could you give a towels for bathing, I will give you one, both of use the same, this Rohit has the audacity to say such things to a guest and still run a hotel. At 9.30pm when my father really tired of all the disrespectful behaviour confronted Rohit, he said you want cancel the booking and leave. He said deluxe room will only get these many facilities, there are many foreigners here they take super deluxe, I have good facilities there. Problems: 1. MAKE MY TRIP neever gave me an option of super deluxe rooms. 2. 3.7k for a riom in a small town like vrindavan itself is good enough amount to get decent facilities and basic courtesy. 3. DON'T FOOL PEOPLE, your hotel is not worth a penny, basic facilities like change of sheets, mosquitoes repellents, water, towels, are to be provided even without asking. 4. MMT should do a proper verification, not list such hotels who misbehave with their customers especially senior citizens, if they wish to maintain their customer base. 5. Please delist hotel mmt and help people avoid such pathetic experiences.

They place me on the roof did not realize India allowed rooms built on the roof I asked him about monkeys they said none however saw many big monkeys on the roof have to scare them off with stick. To get in and out of my room they also lock a heavy metal gate door on the roof You have to try very hard to open sticking your hand through from the outside to the inside to keep out the monkeys they lie and say do not exist.
