Nikon Experience Zone Krishnanagar - Camera store in Krishnanagar - Nadia, India

Recently I purchased my Nikon Z5 (24-70) Kit from Nikon Experience Krishnanagar ; the guy named Abhi Das so helpful, he helped so much to choose this model ; I'm very happy from purchased there.

I gave a lens to repair in Nikon Experience Zone to Abhi Das (Nikon Sale Executive) and they gave it to fix in some local cheap store. Even after a month, they were not able to track the lens. Finally, we got the lens but it was not fixed. They did not gave the lens back and took another month to get it reapired. We went to the Store for almost 15 times now. Customer service is extremely poor and Nikon Executive harrassed us a lot and was talking to us rudely. They did not even repair it from the offical service center, rahter they fixed it from some local store. The lens was given in the first week of August. We still have not got it back, still they are saying it will take 4 more days.

We purchased Nikkon Camera Yesterday From Nikkon Experience Zone. Experienced too good. We r very satisfied abt Customer care. Abhi Das's attitude was really nice. He guided us very well abt New Camera.

Recently bought my Nikon Z50 with dual kit lens from here. Very friendly behaviour of the guy named Abhi. He helped me so much for selection between D7500 & Z50. The price is also low compared to even metro goli of Kolkata. I recommend this place. Here you can find Some low end Canon Cameras also.
