I visited this place for straightening and hair botox, gopal sir and arun sir did a very good job and gave the best service. The other staff was also very friendly, great customer service. Will surely visit again.

Disappointing Results, Don't Recommend I recently went to this popular salon for their expensive permanent hair straightening treatment, which cost me Rs. 10,000 along with shampoo. Unfortunately, my excitement turned into disappointment when the results only lasted for two days. Despite the hefty price tag, the straightening effect vanished quickly, leaving my hair back to its original state. I expected longer-lasting results, especially considering the reputation of the salon and the price I paid. I'm genuinely disappointed with the outcome and wouldn't recommend this service to others.

Calling it an outstanding experience would be an understatement. The extremely talented, patient and above all, kind hair artist, Arun, gave me a haircut which nobody, in my opinion, in Bhopal could've given. Exceeded my expectations. I walked out satisfied and highly impressed. Would recommend 10/11 this salon and especially, Arun, the very talented hair artist. Wishing him and the salon more success. Horrible experience. Got the worst haircut of my lifetime. Gave references for a haircut but looked nothing like it. According to them, it's not possible to get a haircut as seen in pictures although I've gotten it done in multiple other places before. No hair washing, shampooing, nothing. Said they are pros and can get anything done exactly like you want but seemed like they didn't even know what they were doing half way through. Apparently they did face framing and adjusted the cut, and ended up with the face being in one universe and the haircut being in another. Will never visit again or recommend to anyone ever.
