I went one evening they said, I need to take an 'appointment'. So I took an appointment for the next day morning. First of all they said they will call which they didn't. Secondly when I went there, no one was there in the salon. I tried to call. Still no response. I waited for 5 mins. And left. So irresponsible, unprofessional.
