Other than location,all services needs to be improved. Room Service very poor. No Bell boy to support moving luggage to room,need to arrange yourself.

It was a good hotel some time ago but now there is no maintenance so the rooms are not in very good condition

Fully unrecognisable place to stay. The service of the staff's is to bad...

Good food.. rooms need to be re-designed.

Nice Except location nothing is great........The rooms are too small and claustrophobic, service is non responsive and the worst thing is their lift..............which can give you electric shock and keeps getting stuck...............they clearly need to fix this if they plan to take bookings for big functions.............this property is certainly not for big function like marriage and all, at the max birthday party or engagement function etc............in short one day event where you don't have to carry much luggage..............

Service is pathetic. Don't give a complimentary breakfast after charging for the same also. When I asked the reception, they were saying we have to check and then no reply .

Very average rooms, not worthy as per the price. AC not working at all (no service too provided) dirty bedsheets & towels. Not suitable for family & kids

The only thing I liked here is the bisleri water.
