Very poor service. I went to purchase maang tikka and the employee there was so rude.. worst experience. I have been a customer of nikkamal Ludhiana since 8 years Had purchased jewellery for my wedding for my brother's wedding and on many occasions from there. The experience this time at Jalandhar store was a turndown. I would never ever visit there She was not interest in dealing although the store was empty and no customer was there Worst worst worst service Who would like to be your customer if such type of sales person would be there

Quality is very bad. I bought mangalsurtar for my wife and in 1 day only stones came out we gave them to fix again in 1 week multiple stones came out.
