The building is largely commercial - convenience stores, eateries, eyewear, appliance repair and pharmacy shops; doctor OPD, hospitals and surgery, radiology clinics; Party hall, tutuion classes and so on. The building itself is unclean, unhygienic, not maintained at all, signboards plastered all along, not coloured in a very long time. Hospitals do not have elevators. No parking for cars, two wheeler parking limited to shop owners, no visitor parking.

Generally a shopping complex opposite Mumbai Local Stations are Live.. full of movements and energy. Chaat chaska and shopping people But Everest Shopping Center has nothing like this . All dry climate.
