Worst place I have ever booked. Owner and staff are so cheap and don't have any sense on how to talk to customers. 1.)No wifi 2.)Paid water bottle 3.)Zero hygiene 4.)Long electricity and water supply cut. 5.)Make you feel not to enjoy or play music in their rooms as they say that we will remove you from the residency once you play music . And you may regret staying in this residency better to find one once you are in Goa rather to book online.
Terrible experience The Owner namer is Sadiq-Though I would like to mention few things are:- 1.)No Wifi. 2.)Paid water to drink. 3.)They will not allow you to play music and terribly sneak into your room in your absence and say that they have recorded the Video and they did nothing. 4.)They will not allow you to use electric kettle as they mentioned that they have kitchen to use as per our one week Experience. 5.)Our booking partner is Make my trip and it costed us for rs 17000/- only. 6.)They don't even clean your room during monsoon their is heavy rainfall and you are unable to dry your washed so we putted those clothes in our AC Room to make them dry so they ask us not use AC . 7.)Apart from this we faced a terrible Experience Not recommended at all once you are in goa Try to find other stays at best price with No Disturbance.

The staff doesn't know how to behave with their customers. They just want to dig money out from you in any manner. If you by mistake forget the lights ON, they'll just scream like anything as if you did it on purpose. The rooms are good no doubt, but the staff needs to understand how to behave with people in a polite and welcoming manner.
Very bad apartment not recommended for family, rude behaviour of the attendant who was from West Bengal unable to talk or understand Hindi or English in what so ever % we made him understand, nothing is available in the apartment, towels and soap, refrigerator was in very bad condition was also provided on insisting only advantage is the Calangute beach is on wakable distance
Don't spoil your Goa trip by booking this property, Rude behaviour, they show different pictures while you book and then provide different room, I preffered to cancel booking while checkin nonrefundable and book somewhere else that too I was with family,
