I had very bad experience today at Nikita Jewels at Satra Plaza, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. I never expected expected this from Nikita Jewels, Satra Plaza Vashi. Floor Supervisor was not ready to listen what a Customer has to say. Very Rigid & Adamant behaviour towards the Customer Sad Affairs!! Pathetic!! Experience No Regards, Pankaj S K
The experience in the store lives up to the brand image it has managed to build over the years. Mr. Narayan who was attending to us was an amazing sales person and knew what we wanted.
