Staff and the owner are very friendly. Customer's satisfaction is their priority. Neat and clean atmosphere. Space for facial is very relaxing. They treat their customer like a friend. Waiting area is also comfortable. I love this saloon. I want to go there again and again.
Went for hair colouring, staff is too good, work is too professional and price is very good as compared to other parlour.
They are highly unprofessional. They treat the customer as per the amount of money you are paying to them. For small services like threading, they staight way deny for doing the work. This was the second time when they gave me the excuse that they are busy inspite of just one customer inside the parlour. I strongly regret going inside and wasting my time. They have zero work ethics and I will never recommend this place to anyone in future. Please save your energy and time by not choosing this place.
Such a pathetic experience..full of untrained staff..ITS 46deg OUTSIDE SO IT WILL BURN..is what said by a staff when she burnt me while doing waxing..I kept telling her it's burning don't do it right away but she kept putting very hot wax on my arms and burnt it..then there comes threading...before she starts I told her not to make my eyebrows thin as they r already very thin and the growth is very less.. but as expected..when it was done I could not control my anger and left...highly disappointing
Owner of the parlour is very helpful n decent in managing the parlour. Work hard n experienced staff is there. Cleanliness is the major part of the parlour that is super there. I like n recommend the parlour super.
