Nijaguna Hotels and Resorts Chamarajanagar (Bandipur & BRT Wild life) - Resort hotel in Chamarajanagar - Chamarajanagara, India

Staff are extremely good polite and smiling. But in the given circumstances they can't do better. There is some problem with management due to which hotel isn't good. No proper upkeep. No proper replacement of damaged parts, etc. Needs improvement. The silver lining is there is no other good premium property in Chamarajanagara. Hence no choice. If demand improves things may improve at this resort.

The rooms are good. But the standard room we were given toilet lid is broken. At 4.30 am to 5.30 am when we needed hot water it did not come in left side pipe( centralised heater). But at 10am only hot water was coming in both pipes.

In agoda n others they show resorts pics for but if we book online seeing those pictures, we face trouble like booked for Nijaguna residency which is v ordinary hotel without lift n cleanliness..worst stay it was.. Nijaguna resort is good but it is a separate property..don't be fooled by looking at online pics

The worst hotel and lodge in Karnataka I have seen till date, no service, no hot water at all in the rooms and they claimed 24hrs hot water, cleanliness is zero and full of mosquitoes in room.Please do not prefer this hotel as they charge exorbitant charges for zero service.

Rooms are good but lack of staff makes it hard to stay, no assistance what so ever be it for food l, water luggage or room service

i stayed in this property during 29 and 30th. pool was not functioning and the maintenance of the hotel is at lowest. tv remote have no battery, fans are non functional. no sitting arrangement in bathroom.rooms are big enough. bed quality seems good. however we booked the property by looking at its pool . which disappointed us . and there is no return in case they dont provide facility they claim. so kind of felt cheated.

Poor restaurant....food also not crispy.. all food half boiled including with rise... Tasty is very bad... .. And food prices cost compair to mysore resorts too highest...service its ok..

Rooms ok. We think new management just taken over. Bring some Kerala guys as staff to improve this hotel facility and service . Need lit of attention. People at reception are good . Hotel food is good but takes lot of time .
