Nice experience. All staff were good except security person who was not helpful at all. Dinner in room was below average however breakfast was comparatively ok. Room is clean n tidy. Pool is good. Walking n cycling paths inside offers nice experience.
Nihara Resorts was the perfect family weekend getaway. It truly is a hidden gem! We booked the pool cottages and they were perfect for our needs. The property is well maintained and the rooms were spacious and clean. The traditional aesthetics adds to its charm. The staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The in house restaurant has a decent menu and the food was great. The kids enjoyed the play area and the bicycles free to use. Overall we had a fabulous time and will be back.
I recently stayed at the Nihara Resorts & Spa and had a wonderful experience. The staff was always motivated to help us and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent, and the chef ensured that our pallet needs were met. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
It was a great stay. We came for a friend's night out just taking a break from regular routines and Nihara was just perfect. Never felt we are still in the heart of Kochi city.... It's very well maintained property, extremely neat n clean and very courteous staffs..
It was very nice and pleasant stay at Nihara. We were 10 adults and 2 kids from a family enjoyed very well. Hospitality was top notch and staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Swimming pool is maintained very well. Thanks Nihara for the wonderful service provided.
The resort is beautiful. There are plenty of activities arranged. The food was delicious. Service is impeccable. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that I noticed a slight fall in hygiene in some indoor spaces which were attracting flies. (It might have also been due to the constant rain that we have been receiving). However, I feel this can be improved, I would have no complaints whatsoever.
The resort was great and they were so welcoming. We were there for a team outing from my company and had an amazing experience. They had great food and enough space to gather around 35 people. I had team lunches at Hyatt and other places, but the buffet here was so tasty and had so many varieties of food.

Calm and quiet place, back waters, the food, the place. Make sure you stay here for multiple days and enjoy the view of the back waters. We have visited their other location in Alapuzha too. Hospitality is at its best.
Beautiful resort with heavenly view of backwaters... Staff is always welcoming with smiling faces.
In the evening, one could sit at their sitting area and enjoy the sunset which can't be explain in words.
