The doctors over here are very good but the receptionists are very rude and mean .They don't hve a sense of how to talk with patients. They even hve problem in giving appointments .
One of my cousins came here for Dr. Sita Gururaja. After reading her reviews on Practo and the feedback made her excited to visit, but little did she know, the lady seemed okay, nothing to rave about. For first time consultation she took Rs500 and recommended some test and after submitting her results, she said to consult someone else. For second time Rs300 and just typed in my test result in a sheet. Felt like wasted Rs800 for nothing. The doctor could have refrain the second payment as she didn't even see the report and made her feel like it was a referral amount to consult other doctor. From her experience I wouldnot recommend her to anyone especially for PCOS. The fees, we patients are paying has to be relevant, for follow-up, if the doctor isn't in a position to help you, they should not charge. It seems like one can't completely depend on online reviews, take word of mouth of your relatives and friends before consulting.
He is our family doctor from past 20years and he is genuinely a person who don't look for money but true way to cure human so that they should recover soon.
