My family's ordeal with NICE Hospital occurred when my two nieces were born there within a span of 15 days, recommended by our regular doctor, Dr. Archana. While we had high hopes for a smooth and efficient experience, the hospital's shortcomings became painfully evident during our time there. One incident, in particular, has highlighted the lack of patient-centered care at NICE Hospital. The incident revolved around the urgent need for baby formula, which was prescribed. We attempted to make a payment using "Google Pay," a widely accepted and convenient payment method across India. To our astonishment and dismay, both the hospital and the pharmacy within it refused to accept Google Pay as a form of payment. This decision left our family in a precarious situation, with a new-born baby awaiting essential nourishment. Despite our family's earnest attempts to explain that Google Pay was the only viable option available to us at the time, the hospital and pharmacy staff remained obstinate in their refusal to accept it. As a result, our baby had to endure a prolonged wait until we could arrange the necessary cash, which took us a staggering 3-4 hours. This delay in providing essential care and nutrition to a new-born was not only inconsiderate but also potentially harmful. This unfortunate experience has left a lasting impression on us, and I must stress that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend NICE Hospital to anyone seeking healthcare services. It is my sincere hope that the doctors who recommend this hospital to their patients take a moment to ensure that NICE Hospital is indeed fully equipped to provide the high standard of care that patients deserve. In conclusion, the incident involving the refusal to accept Google Pay as a valid payment method serves as a stark example of NICE Hospital's lack of patient-centricity and the need for improvement in their services. Nice hospital Dr. Akshay reddy is good. Overall explanation and experience of sir is clear and understandable. I feel the hospital will treat good to patients. I have a personal experience. A situation came in my life where my daughter was critically admitted in a Nice Hospital, Masab tank. There was a very serious condition of my daughter where Dr. Akshay Reddy sir and team coordinated a lot and handled a situation smoothly and after a couple of week my daughter got recovered and discharged healthy Alhamdulillah. My complete faith in Dr. Akshay Reddy sir and team and positive approach helped me a lot. I once again thanks to all the doctors and staff there.

Taken my daughter due to di hydration first day they care well and unsuccessful second time prick cannula in to my baby that time any selion and other injection also not given that is wast of prick and they not remove cannu after payment is not done they charge cannulation also.I suggest all don't go to this hospital.

They dont even deserve the one star. I admitted my 8-month-old baby here, and Dr. Daraswamy, a senior doctor, lacked patient handling skills. I doubt if he upholds the Hippocratic oath or holds the necessary qualifications. The hospital is overly commercial, seeming less humane. Doubtful of their fate before a higher power. Even the staff and nurses are lethargic, requiring multiple requests for assistance. They appear to view their help as a favor, not a duty. Disappointed, I moved my baby to another hospital. I strongly advise all readers to avoid this hospital entirely

Good hospital with all the amenities. Have taken care of everything in very detailed way. I liked the services offered by them. I refer people to visit the hospital especially for children as they have good experienced doctor there.
